Centre for Women's Studies

The Centre for Women’s Studies is one of the main units at the University of Jordan. It offers a master’s degree in Women’s Studies and is supported by Princess Basma bint Talal.

Founded in 2006, the centre was first created as a program to provide women's studies, which then evolved into a department and then a centre specialised in women’s affairs on both local and regional levels.
